The Origin

From the heart of the olive oil world

Andalusia produces roughly half of the world's olive oil. Carranza is born in one of its most privileged corners: the Sierra Norte de Sevilla Natural Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve where centuries-old groves grow at altitude, dry-farmed and sustainably managed.

The oil is crafted mainly from the Pico Limón variety, harvested and cold-extracted at a cooperative mill that has worked these groves since 1962.

Heritage

Six decades of one liquid gold

Carranza is drawn from a cooperative mill that has pressed the same Sierra Norte groves since 1962. Not a trend, not a launch, but a way of farming passed down through generations, now crossing the Atlantic for the first time.

1962
Rooted in tradition

Founded in Cazalla de la Sierra, the cooperative mill has cold-pressed these mountain groves for over sixty harvests.
